Conversations with this chat agent are recorded to help us improve our service. We store the messages exchanged, your name and email if you choose to provide them, and basic technical information (browser type, anonymized IP). We do not sell or share this data with third parties.

Data is retained for 90 days, after which transcripts are deleted automatically.
